The Center for Medical Humanities & Ethics

Articles and Fiction

Our permanent and associate faculty have a lively interest in the humanities and their work ranges from short stories and articles to poetry and photography, sculpture and painting.

Faculty Discussing ArticlesStudents contribute to the wealth of the Center's written output as well, and Volume 2 of Letters to a Third Year Student reflects the thoughts, ideas and advice of medical students in their final year to students entering the clinical wards for the first time. They are a poignant - and often humorous - way to share the many valuable experiences of the third-year program.
