The UT Health San Antonio Community Engaged Learning Conference is a huge success each year due to the many student volunteers who help with the conference. If you’re interested in volunteering OR need community service/volunteer hours for your academic program, please fill out the brief Volunteer Application form here by January 16, 2026. There are opportunities to volunteer on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in the morning and afternoon (7 am – 3 pm). Volunteer dates/time details are listed on the volunteer application form.
Please remember that in addition to filling out the Volunteer Application form, you will also need to register for the conference. The conference is free, but registration is required.
Register online by January 25.
Training will be on January 21st at noon in library Collaboratory 4.074. Sign up via ENGAGED for lunch.
