Challenges It was difficult trying to plan the conference with a our co-host because they are very busy and it has been hard to coordinate times and dates with them. Likewise it was hard to coordinate dates and times with the care coordinators at UHS.
Lessons Learned We learned to have patience and be flexible with our community partners.
Success Story We have been able to work with Sueños Sin Fronteras to plan a conference in April. Even though it was different from the original timeline we had proposed but they are very exited to be working with us and we have enjoyed planning with them.
